Nursery

Nursery care is provided for children 0-3 years old during the morning worship service and Sunday School time. 

The nursery is always staffed by a minimum of 2 volunteers.

Primary Sunday School

Classes include Pre-K, K-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade.

The primary department strives to have a fun filled Sunday School time where we share the Love of Christ and build fellowship as part of the Cedar Heights family.

Children's Church

Children in grades Kindergarten - 5th are offered the opportunity to attend Children's Church.  We believe it is important for families, and especially children to learn to worship together.  Because of this, children will be present in the adult service for a time of singing, offering, and scripture reading and then be dismissed for Children's Church .  During this time, children are discovering tools for reading and learning the Bible as well as hearing foundational Bible stories, memorizing verses and internalizing God's word through scripture reading, games, puzzles, prayer, etc.

Toddler Worship

Children 3 years - Pre-K are offered the opportunity to attend Toddler Worship.  We believe it is important for families, and especially children to learn to worship together.  Because of this, children will be present in the adult service for a time of singing, offering, and scripture reading and then be dismissed for Toddler Worship.  During class they will learn to through times of worship, prayer and thanksgiving, as well as being encouraged to follow Jesus through Bible stories and activities.

Adult Sunday School

Adult Sunday School is held each Sunday from 10:55-11:35am.  Currently there are 3 classes to choose from.

Women's Fellowship

Women's Fellowship is a group of ladies who strive to help others and serve in our community.  We want to be of service as the Lord taught us to help others in need.  It is our mission to give aid where needed, share the Love of Christ to all, and to be examples of what Christian Women are to be.  It is our hope and desire to lead others, not only women, to know about the Christ and guide them in their walk with Him.

Heights Outreach exists to answer the question:

"What does a church that is passionately in love with Jesus Christ look like?"

We seek to spread the word of Jesus Christ through word, actions, and utilizing our spiritual gifts by matching our areas of giftedness and passion.  Our goal is to be the hands, feet and heart of God in a lost and hurting world through service to Him.
