The Thankful Thursday Women’s Bible Study meets each week on Thursdays at 10:30 am in the Fellowship Hall of the church. This amazing group of women embrace 1 Thessalonians 5:11: “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”   We truly have fun each week together. The Bible Study is open to all women. The members of the group rotate to provide lunch after the weekly lesson.  In addition, the group participates in fun activities such as picnics, craft classes and a recent trip to the PSU Arboretum, and attended the 2021 Extraordinary Women Christian Conference in Lancaster.Bible studies have focused on the books of author Liz Curtis Higgs, exploring the Bad Girls of the Bible, Ruth, Queen of Sheba, Women of Easter, and Mary Magdalene. Other studies utilize video studies on Right Now Media, a streaming service offered by the Cedar Heights Church.
